Tips:
We recommend the output voltage of solar panel is between 15-25V and the output power is less than 80W.

Low shutdown current for 5V port:70mA
Low shutdown current for 12V port:150mA
Low shutdown current for 20V port:200mA
High shutdown current for 20V port:>4.5A

If your laptop turns off automatically for several seconds or minutes, it may be caused by overcurrent / lowcurrent protection.
If automatic turn off is caused by overcurrent protection , please close the screen of your laptop or fully charge your laptop first, and then use our power bank to charge the laptop. If you are trying to power a Windows laptop and the battery keeps disconnecting over and over, you might have to go into power settings, advance power settings, and find the setting for "Turn Harddrive off after" and set that to NEVER, and in power options DISABLER "Intel Cppc Energy Saving"

How can I know K2 solar can charge my laptop?
Please check the label pasted on the adapter of your laptop. If it is more than 95W (DC output current is more than 5A), it may cause our power bank turn off during charging for overcurrent, so we do not suggest to use our power bank to charge your laptop.
