You can order on account at PowerOak

If you order on account , the invoice will be sent with your order. You will also receive the digital invoice by email. The invoice only needs to be paid after delivery (within 14 days). Companies, organizations, (semi) government bodies, ministries, hospitals, foundations, associations, museums, municipalities and educational institutions can order at PowePoak on account.

Business ordering at PowerOak

PowerOak is also the right place for business orders. Here you will always find the right products for your business situation. For example, you can quickly and easily request a quote, companies and organizations can order on account and we have the option of treating deliveries to European companies or organizations as an intra-Community delivery.

Do you do intra-Community deliveries?

Are you placing an order in the name of a European company or organisation? In that case you do not have to pay VAT.
Your company or organization must have a valid VAT number. Because PowerOak's head office is located in the Netherlands, we can then treat your order as an "intra-Community delivery" (delivery between EU Member States). During the checkout procedure you can enter your VAT number, after which the total amount excluding VAT will be calculated.

If your company is from another EU country (but not the Netherlands), you can also use this scheme.

Can I order with a purchase order?

Do you want to make an order for your organization through a purchase order? That's no problem with PowerOak!
